About The Position

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Team Members to join our rapidly growing organization. This part-time position involves working on-site at our car wash facility, where you will greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining general housekeeping at the site, handling cashiering duties, and guiding customers into the car wash showroom. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our operations. In this position, you will greet customers as they enter the location and maintain awareness of the services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash. You will explain these services to customers, assist them with any questions or price discrepancies, and ensure accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of your shift. Additionally, you will assist customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, and providing information, directing them to other departments as necessary. Marketing functions, such as holding advertising signs and performing sales pitches, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to sell additional services and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits for the customer. Completing sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash accountabilities at the POS registers is essential. You will also stock and maintain merchandise in the vending cart and ensure that housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities are met, including the cleanliness of driveways, restrooms, and the car wash area. Furthermore, you will explain the car wash entry procedure to customers and follow the exact car loading and prepping procedures to ensure safety for both employees and customers. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
