About The Position

The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service, great tasting/quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests. This role involves performing one or more workstations in accordance with JIB procedures, systems, and standards, and meeting 20/20 guest expectations. The position requires a commitment to guest service, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in guest service or food preparation is helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of another language may be required based on location.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 90%-95% of the shift and move freely throughout the restaurant.
• Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant interior and exterior.
• Prepare and assemble food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety policies and procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure order accuracy.

• Assist guests with menu selections and clarify orders as needed.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance according to JIB standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet guest needs and maintain a positive work environment.

Benefits

• Pay rate ranges from $20.00 - $20.50 depending on experience.
