About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fast speed of service and resolve guest questions and concerns.
• Follow the DHC Training Program to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Communicate with supervisors for additional training guidance as needed.
• Understand the impact of job responsibilities on guests and restaurant operations.
• Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages positively and helpfully.
• Work with co-workers to prepare menu items following cooking instructions and safety procedures.
• Ensure daily restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing utensils and high-touch areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to restaurant policy.
• Maintain a neat appearance by adhering to the uniform policy.
• Be performance-oriented and aware of performance expectations and results.
• Abide by rules and directions from the restaurant management team.
