About The Position
At Swell, we are dedicated to promoting health and wellness through fresh, high-quality ingredients. As Old Saybrook's first acai and superfood shop, we provide a fun and welcoming environment where our community can enjoy delicious smoothies, acai bowls, and support local artisans showcased in our store. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team members who share our passion for health and customer service. As a team member at Swell, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing high-quality menu items and engaging with customers to ensure they have a fantastic visit. We are seeking individuals who are friendly, reliable, and excited to contribute to a positive team atmosphere. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and customer satisfaction, and you will have the opportunity to learn about our menu items and the nutritional benefits they offer.
