About The Position

The Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The TM's responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.
  • The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
  • Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a positive attitude and works with a sense of urgency.
  • Executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
  • Contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.
  • Performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Processes freight, sorts, stocks products in designated areas, following all store merchandising guidelines.
  • Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building.
  • Completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Actively impacts and participates in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention.

Benefits

  • Pay: $15.50 - $16.25/hr
