Ayvaz Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our restaurant operations. The primary responsibility of a Team Member is to ensure that every customer enjoys a friendly and personalized service experience, complemented by great food delivered promptly in a clean and inviting environment. This role is essential in maintaining the operational standards and procedures of the restaurant while working closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members. As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of the Operations Team, responsible for greeting guests with a smile, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices, utilizing suggestive-selling techniques to enhance sales opportunities. Communication is key in this role, as you will interact positively with customers, peers, and managers, verifying the accuracy of orders and preparing food and drink products. Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms is also a critical aspect of this position, along with adhering to health and safety standards. Team Members are expected to demonstrate prompt and regular attendance, follow uniform and grooming standards, and collaborate with management to resolve any issues that may arise. This position requires flexibility in work availability and the ability to work effectively under pressure, making it ideal for those who are dependable, reliable, and customer-focused. Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory, as we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
