Responsibilities In addition, this position may generate and distribute reports including arrival reports, agent error reports, and any other ancillary reports as requested. This Team Member will maintain a level of accuracy of at least 95% of input on all data entry tasks and ensure confidentiality of all data. Oversee HGV Signature Vacation arrival auditing to confirm package details and member eligibility Complete reporting in conjunction with audit process Primarily outbound calling to confirm arrival information with members. If a reservation needs to be cancelled/forfeited, TM is responsible for executing that process. Communication with partner vendors in relation to confirming the HSV package components. Providing members with confirmation letters as needed. Finalizing any package details that may have been missed in the booking process. Confirming FDI status information and updating where necessary.
