Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as required
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment according to standardized work instructions
- Assemble automotive parts and components to meet quality and production standards
- Perform visual and functional quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
- Accurately complete required production, quality, and downtime documentation
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to the Team Leader or Supervisor
- Support changeovers, line setups, and minor troubleshooting as needed
- Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and shift transitions
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and training opportunities
