About The Position
2026 is in full swing here at Six Flags New England! Thank you for your interest in working with us, we have an exciting season planned. Hiring for our 2026 season will start soon, and as they say the early bird gets the worm! Apply during National Hiring Week to get the process started in joining Team Six! Positions Include: Food and Beverage Ride Operators and Attendants Lifeguards and Water Attendants Park Services Team Retail Store and Stand Team Members Security Officers and Gate Screeners Front Gate and Guest Relations Warehouse Workers and more! Please note that some positions will require an interview. Join us in-person during National Hiring Week for some of our in-person hiring events. All events will take place at our Human Resources Office located at: 1756 Main Street, Agawam, MA Saturday, 2/14: 2026 Kick Off Job Fair Day 1, 10-4pm Sunday, 2/15: 2026 Kick Off Job Fair Day 2, 10-4pm Monday, 2/16: 2026 Kick Off Job Fair Day 3, 10-4pm Saturday, 2/21: Shows and Entertainment Auditions, 11-3pm Sunday, 2/22: Shows and Entertainment Auditions, 11-3pm Drop in for on the spot interviews, meet our team, and explore some of the exciting opportunities we have to offer! Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters Sense of fun
- Must be 15 years or older (different positions will have different age requirements)
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
- Good communication skills; Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Providing guests with a safe and enjoyable experience at the park through friendly, clean, fast, safe service
- Enforcing and adhering to all park policies in order to maintain a safe environment
- Assisting guests with questions and concerns about various park attractions, food and beverage options, pass and ticket information, and more
- Working as a team to uphold park cleanliness standards around the park
- Helping out around the park in areas that need some extra hands
