About The Position

Energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working in a team atmosphere. Crew members will learn to operate the grill, fry station, make picture perfect sandwiches, and effectively accomplish register functions. • Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
• Must be able to take direction and work well with others
• Must be able to provide courteous service and deal effectively with Wendy's guests
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, including meeting all service time goals
• Must be able to concentrate and perform duties accurately
• Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
• Must be able to learn and apply Wendy's operating procedures (including food safety and security procedures) and other policies and procedures applicable to Crew Member job
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be able to learn and work in multiple positions (E.G. Grill, Fries/Nuggets, Sandwiches, Register)
