Requirements

Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset
Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors

Nice To Haves

One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations that are then sold on the sales floor (Production Associate)
Achieve pricing goals and strategically price donations according to pricing guidelines to maximize mission funding (Production Associate)
Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer service experience (Production Associate)
Greet and thank donors while carefully accepting their donations (Donation Attendant)
Help keep the production area organized by sorting donations as they come in (Donation Attendant)
Deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members (Donation Attendant)
Organize the sales floor and make it easy for customers to find items (Sales Floor Associate)
Serve as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service (Sales Floor Associate)
Answer any questions customers may have about Goodwill or donations (Sales Floor Associate)
Help customers navigate the store and ensure a pleasant shopping experience (Sales Floor Associate)
Build relationships with customers (Cashier)
Accurately ring up sales transactions (Cashier)
Inform customers how their purchases are helping someone get a job (Cashier)
Ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of Goodwill (Cashier)
