Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or restaurant manager is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Providing immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
Assisting in the training of new hires and acting as a role model for the team
Being a friendly and encouraging team player
Opening and/or closing shifts as needed
Counting drawers and finalizing the day
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
