About The Position

Requirements

• Must be able to stand, bend and reach for the duration of your shift
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Pricing donations according to guidelines to maximize mission funding and achieve pricing goals (Production Associates)
• Greeting and thanking donors while carefully accepting their donations (Donation Attendant)
• Sorting donations as they come in to keep the production area organized (Donation Attendant)
• Organizing the sales floor and making it easy for customers to find items (Sales Floor Associates)
• Acting as ambassadors for Goodwill and answering customer questions (Sales Floor Associates)
• Building relationships with customers (Cashier)
• Accurately ringing up sales transactions (Cashier)
• Informing customers about their impact on job creation (Cashier)
