About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel, and we’ve been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. The company aims to spread joy and happiness and is committed to work-life balance for its team, with stores closing at 2 PM. They are looking for Team Members who are available on weekends and can earn up to $17/hour with tips. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient, setting the bakery apart with their personalities and ensuring a positive guest experience. They are brand ambassadors who welcome guests, provide excellent service, ensure food and beverage quality, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
