About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995, aiming to spread joy and happiness through their food. The company is committed to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. They are seeking Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' due to their personalities and are expected to be brand ambassadors, creating positive guest experiences. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing excellent service, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
