About The Position

The Smoothie King store near Shadow Creek Pkwy and 288 in Pearland is seeking full-time/part-time team members. We have positions for daytime Monday through Friday team members, anytime availability team members, mid-shift team members, and evening/weekend team members. Requirements

• Expected to stand approximately 8 hours per day, lift products of <55lbs in weight, stoop, and bend.
• Employee must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
• You will need an up-to-date food handlers card.
• Background check required upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
• Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
• Achieve goals set forth by the Manager, and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
• Must have the ability to suggestively sell
• Must be punctual
• Must be available to work various shifts per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
