Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employees. The primary responsibility of a Team Member is to ensure guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. The role requires regular and consistent attendance, handling emergency situations when necessary, performing general cleaning duties, and complying with the company dress code.
