About The Position

Team members are expected to deliver the ultimate guest service experience and create positive impressions by effectively communicating product knowledge and maintaining exceptional guest service standards, ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. In some instances, the entire shift
  • Able to lift at least but not limited to 50 pounds and if more must be with assistance
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
  • Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects)
  • Ability to move quickly turning from left to right or right to left
  • Flexibility in the wrist to scoop, twist, push, pull, lift, and bend
  • Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10°F

Responsibilities

  • Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations.
  • Follow all company operations policies and procedures
  • Responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience
  • Execute guest service standards
  • Recommend appropriate products to meet guest's needs
  • Enhance guest experience through engagement and sampling
  • Execute quality store operations
  • Clean equipment, small wares, and merchandise as necessary
  • Must be able to operate food preparation machinery
  • Stocking of all supplies
  • Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Adhere to all food safety and security guidelines while respecting company property
  • Master each station within store
  • Successfully complete the company trainings provided
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide a healthy, consistent product
  • Consistently make and serve all products to specifications
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Executes proper portion control with all ingredients
  • Must be able to operate POS and/or cash register
  • Understands all health regulations and guidelines
