The Retail Team Member's main responsibilities include: Acknowledging, greeting, and helping customers in any area of the store Assisting customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor Using a cash register to total sales, accept payments for merchandise, and give correct change Accepting and preparing donations for the sales floor, which include hanging items, stocking store shelves, and hanging clothes Maintaining a clean , safe, and Customer-Friendly environment in the store, which includes general housekeeping duties and straightening merchandise
