About The Position

The Team Member (TM) role is responsible for supporting all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. This position helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes adhere to documented company standards, which are designed to drive sales.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior, doing the right thing for a team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.
• Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with a sense of urgency, and execute all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience.
• Unload, process, and stock freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines.
• Perform Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building.
• Complete the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on-time.
• Actively impact and participate in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.
