This unique collaboration brings together two brands that share a passion for community, wellness, and creating uplifting experiences. We couldn’t be more excited to share this one-of-a-kind space with you! Overview As a Team Member / Barista, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food preparation. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent service.

Requirements

High school diploma: relevant training is a plus
A naturally positive attitude and a genuine love for connecting with people
Basic math skills
Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends
Food handler certification

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide outstanding customer services
Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
Ensure consistency in drink preparation following company recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
Receive and process payments via credit card
Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the shift
Sweep and mop to maintain a clean space for guest
Ensure proper upkeep of workstations, utensils, and storage areas
Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling
Assist with general cleaning, including taking out trash and maintaining store hygiene
Support other team members to ensure smooth store operations
Deliver drink orders from the counter to customers promptly and accurately
Assist with restocking supplies (cups, lids, milk, pastries, condiments, etc.)
Keep the front-of-house areas clean and organized
Clear and wipe down tables and reset dining areas
Support baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours
Help manage to-go and delivery orders as needed
