About The Position
Team members are expected to deliver the ultimate guest service experience and create positive impressions by effectively communicating product knowledge and maintaining exceptional guest service standards, ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations while adhering to company policies and procedures. The role involves fostering teamwork, maintaining exceptional guest service, and executing quality store operations, including cleaning equipment, operating food preparation machinery, stocking supplies, and adhering to all food safety and security guidelines. Team members must also master each station within the store and successfully complete company trainings.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver the ultimate guest service experience and impressions
- Able to clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all guests
- Responsible for product and service standards
- Foster an environment of team work
- Maintain exceptional guest service
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations
- Follow all company operations policies and procedures
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience
- Execute guest service standards
- Recommend appropriate products to meet guest's needs
- Enhance guest experience through engagement and sampling
- Execute quality store operations
- Clean equipment, small wares, and merchandise as necessary
- Must be able to operate food preparation machinery
- Stocking of all supplies
- Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner
- Adhere to all food safety and security guidelines while respecting company property
- Master each station within store
- Successfully complete the company trainings provided
- Other duties as assigned
- Provide a healthy, consistent product
- Consistently make and serve all products to specifications
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Executes proper portion control with all ingredients
- Must be able to operate POS and/or cash register
- Understands all health regulations and guidelines
