About The Position

Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar is hiring at the PDX International Airport and seeking friendly, efficient, and customer-focused team members to join our hospitality crew. Front of house team members greet guests, take orders, and craft drinks with care. Kitchen team members bring our flavorful Vietnamese recipes to life! If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to work on a dynamic team where your culinary skills take center stage. All Team Members help keep everything running behind the scenes. You unload and stock inventory, prep ingredients and sauces, and make sure our grab-and-go items are ready to shine. You take out trash, keep things clean and safe, and jump in to help wherever you’re needed. You help create a welcoming atmosphere, keep things clean and organized, and make sure every order — from food to cocktails — is served with pride. At Bambuza we cross-train and work as a team. Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, bartending, cooking, or guest service is preferred
- Comfortable frequently lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet require for all positions
- Ability to work well with other team members in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable, with the flexibility to work shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, due to airport hours.
