About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, the company believes in the bagel and has been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' and brand ambassadors, responsible for creating a positive guest experience, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
