POSITION OVERVIEW: A Team Member is responsible for providing excellent guest service while performing assigned duties. Team members ensure company standards are maintained and consistently comply with all policies and procedures to ensure cleanliness, and health and safety standards. Upholds and executes the Mission, Vision and Values of the company and assists others in doing the same. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent customer service by delivering food and beverages, performing table touches, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds. Ensure food quality standards are met. Ensure cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, and back restaurant areas Utilizing technology (iPads, Tablets, POS, etc.) to perform required job duties Assist in completing required checklists and forms Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired Team members Requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. Other job-related activities as requested
