Responsibilities

  • Welcoming members at the front desk
  • Managing check-ins
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Scheduling leagues, lessons, and events
  • Providing tours to prospective members
  • Confidently explain membership options
  • Process payments
  • Support commission-based sales of memberships, retail items, and merchandise
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Support league and program operations
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
