You will be trained to repair phones, tablets and other devices. Positive and helpful attitude is a must! Greet customers in a friendly way, listen to what they have to say about their batteries, lighting or device repair needs, and recommend solutions. Perform battery tests, install batteries, and rebuild battery packs. Contribute as a Trusted Team Member to the overall success of the store. Have a "Customer First" positive and helpful attitude Greet customers promptly, determine needs and find solutions Operate computer/cash register to initiate and complete sales transactions Develop and maintain knowledge of current product and service offerings Adhere to safety standards Engage as a team member - it's not a competition - everyone succeeds as a team Install batteries, perform tests and tech work Load, unload, stock batteries and other products Cell Phone, Tablet, and Device Repair Video and hands-on training to repair of multitude of devices Qualifications H.S. diploma or equivalent One year prior work experience - p rior retail experience preferred Ability to learn quickly Good listening and communication skills with a customer focus Great computer skills a must Ability to learn and use multiple applications Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem solving skills Ability to calculate simple math, percentages, ratios, and algebraic expressions and read gauges Demonstrated technical aptitude and/or technical experience desired Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Associates must be able to lift 50 + pounds At Batteries Plus, you are part of a small team in a growing business. Requirements

H.S. diploma or equivalent
One year prior work experience - p rior retail experience preferred
Ability to learn quickly
Good listening and communication skills with a customer focus
Great computer skills a must
Ability to learn and use multiple applications
Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to calculate simple math, percentages, ratios, and algebraic expressions and read gauges
