The Role: As a Team Member, your #1 focus is to provide personable and excellent service, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience during their visit.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food orders with care and accuracy.
- Cook and prep food as needed.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Engage with customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions.
- Operate the cash register to process payments efficiently.
- Assist with off-site catering events as needed.
