About The Position

We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient in the bakery, setting the company apart with their personalities and, of course, the bagels. A day in the life involves making sure every guest feels welcomed, acting as a brand ambassador, creating a positive guest experience, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
