About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members. We are committed to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are seeking Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient, whose personalities and excellent service, alongside our bagels, set us apart. They are brand ambassadors responsible for creating a welcoming and positive guest experience, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
