Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A passion for delivering great guest service
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods
