About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, fostering a positive environment where people can laugh, smile, and enjoy each other's company, especially with a bagel. We are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' due to their personalities and their role in creating a positive guest experience. They are brand ambassadors who ensure every guest feels welcomed, provide excellent service by maintaining food and beverage quality, and keep the store safe and clean. The company offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
