Requirements

Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and quality.
Act with integrity and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
Regular and punctual attendance is a must.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Self-starter with a friendly attitude.
Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods (6 to 8 hours).
Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with guests to provide a friendly experience.
Blend smoothies according to recipes for consistent taste.
Ensure guest needs are met when ordering smoothies.
Support company standards for operations and fulfill cash handling responsibilities.
Prep fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients properly.
Communicate any significant issues to the Store Manager.
Show up on time and ready to work!
