We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications: Blends delicious tasting smoothies. Ensures Guest s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Requirements

Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply. Please note that while this is the minimum age requirement for employment, the Team Captain role may require additional qualifications and experience beyond age.
