About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, fostering a positive environment where people can laugh, smile, and enjoy each other’s company. We are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient, with their personalities setting us apart. A Team Member's day involves ensuring every guest feels welcomed, acting as a brand ambassador to create a positive guest experience, providing excellent guest service, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, as many General Managers started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
