About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, Team Members are the secret ingredient in the bakery, responsible for creating a positive guest experience and promoting the company brand. This role involves ensuring every guest feels welcomed, providing excellent service, maintaining food and beverage quality, and keeping a safe and clean store environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, meaning no evening or night shifts. There are also opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
