Position Summary Common daily tasks could include making hot, craveable, hand-made pretzels that are best in class and ensuring Wetzel’s fabulous customers enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience of fresh food and drinks. This is a part-time position and weekends are required.

Requirements

Be a team player with high energy, a positive attitude, and great customer service skills
Be able to anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
The ability to be punctual and maintain an assigned work schedule is required
Must be able to follow and understand the importance of procedures
Be able to make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgement
Must be at least 16 years old
A food handlers’ card is required
Must be able to work holidays and weekends

Nice To Haves

Prior cash handling experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly way and make a great first impression
Following brand standards, prepare and deliver quality food and beverage to each guest
Ensure each guest is highly satisfied with their experience by making them the highest priority
Perform cashier duties and follow all procedures related to cash handling
Maintain a clean workstation and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
Follow all procedures related to food safety and restaurant safety and security
Adhere to schedule and arrive to work on time and with a positive attitude
