Requirements

Must be able to stand, bend and reach for the duration of your shift.
Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Production Associates: Price donations according to guidelines to maximize funds for the mission and achieve pricing goals.
Donation Attendant: Greet and thank donors, carefully accept donations, and sort donations to keep the production area organized.
Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, make it easy for customers to find items, and answer customer questions about Goodwill or donations.
Cashier: Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up sales transactions, and inform customers about their contribution to Goodwill's mission.
