About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, fostering a positive environment where people can laugh, smile, and enjoy each other's company. We are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are seeking Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient, with their personalities setting the company apart. They are responsible for making every guest feel welcomed, acting as brand ambassadors by creating a positive guest experience. This includes providing excellent guest service, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The company offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
