About The Position

As a Team Member, your duties will include: · Enthusiastically greet all guests with a hearty "Welcome to Moe's" when they enter the restaurant · Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests · Handling guest complaints in a timely manner, inquiring about the quality of a guest's dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return · Keeping the restaurant clean and appealing for all guests · Maintaining high food quality and safety standards -Team members will partake in Tip sharing each payroll Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $11.00 - $13.00per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation practices. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized regularly. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Engage with customers to promote menu items and enhance their dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory calculations. Familiarity with Qu or similar systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the kitchen and service areas.
