The Team Member is the core of the Caribou experience, responsible for creating day-making experiences by delivering unparalleled guest service, making world-class hand-crafted beverages, and bringing the Purpose and Values of Caribou to life in every interaction. This role involves developing personal ongoing relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and making knowledgeable recommendations. Team Members hand-craft beverages and prepare food offerings according to standard operating procedures, manage cash transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization. They are expected to be proactive, support the team and guests, and embody the core values of Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, and Serve With Love, demonstrating a learner's mentality and resilience under pressure.
