Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employees. The primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Essential duties include regular and consistent attendance, handling emergency situations, general cleaning duties, and compliance with the company dress code. Specific duties vary by assigned role: Box Office involves operating POS, handling cash/credit, upselling Premium Viewing Experience and Regal Crown Club, ensuring MPAA rating compliance, and responding to guest inquiries. Concession involves operating POS, handling cash/credit, managing inventory, promoting Regal Crown Club, operating/cleaning concession equipment, upselling, and complying with food safety laws and alcohol service regulations where applicable. Usher duties include tearing tickets, directing patrons, inspecting bags, crowd control, in-theatre inspections for quality and theft, reporting issues to management, performing auxiliary concession sales, and maintaining cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and vending equipment, as well as assisting with opening and closing duties.
