About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, and we are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2 pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient in our bakery, and their personalities set us apart. They are brand ambassadors responsible for creating a positive guest experience, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The company offers career growth opportunities, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
