About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, and we are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are the secret ingredient, setting the company apart with their personalities and ensuring a positive guest experience. They take pride in providing excellent guest service, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role offers career growth opportunities, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
