About The Position

At Noah’s New York Bagels, a friendly gathering place for good conversation and great food, the company has been serving fresh bagels, smiles, and chutzpah since 1989. They are committed to serving fresh-baked bagels and food that guests feel good about eating. The company also prioritizes work-life balance for its team, with stores closing at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. They are seeking Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' and brand ambassadors, responsible for creating a positive guest experience, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years or older
  • Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
