About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in baking bagels fresh daily since 1995 and aim to spread joy and happiness. We are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, promoting the brand, providing excellent service, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
