At The Picklr , we are more than an indoor pickleball facility. We are a community hub where people connect, compete, and build relationships every day. As a Team Member, you create the first impression and the lasting experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This position blends customer service, hospitality, recreation, and light operations into one dynamic, hands-on role.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, comfortable talking with new people, and enjoys teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members at the front desk
  • Manage check-ins
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with scheduling leagues and lessons
  • Provide tours
  • Explain membership options
  • Process payments
  • Support retail sales
  • Maintain a clean, organized facility
