About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995, aiming to spread joy and happiness through their food. The company is committed to work-life balance for its team, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. They are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' and brand ambassadors, responsible for creating a positive guest experience. This involves welcoming guests, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The company offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
