About The Position
The purpose of this position is to perform customer service and attention processes for the clients who visit the stores daily.
Requirements
- Fourth year of High School
- Basic math knowledge: addition, subtraction, division, and counting.
- Availability to work rotating shifts and availability seven days a week.
- Effective communication, willingness, positive attitude, initiative, dynamic, and customer service oriented.
Responsibilities
- Comply with the steps of service and customer attention.
- Manage cash register and handle cash, performing daily reconciliations, deposits, and closings.
- Perform receipt, arrangement, stocking, and rotation of products in the different departments.
- Receive the gas truck and ensure the established procedure is followed.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of the location areas.
- Handle and prepare food.
- Comply with all company policies according to the employee manual.
- Perform other tasks designated by the manager.
