About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery team. The company believes in spreading joy with bagels and is committed to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM daily, ensuring no evening or night shifts. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' and are expected to be brand ambassadors who create a positive guest experience. This involves welcoming guests, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members or Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
